HR and Payroll Software for UAE Companies

Employees, attendance, leave, payroll with WPS export, gratuity, document expiry reminders, recruitment and performance, plus a self-service area for every employee. One HR system, built around how your company works.

HR and Payroll Software for UAE Companies
01Overview

In many UAE companies, HR lives in spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups: attendance on one sheet, leave requests in chat, salaries in another file, and passport and visa expiry dates in somebody’s calendar. It works until a visa lapses unnoticed or payroll takes three days every month.

We build HR software that puts it in one place, shaped around your departments, your shifts and your salary structure, with the UAE details built in: WPS payroll exports, gratuity, and reminders before employee documents expire.

02Features

What the system covers

/01

Employees and departments

Every employee’s profile, department and documents in one record, instead of folders spread across shared drives.

/02

Attendance and shifts

Daily check-in and check-out, shift templates and public holidays, so attendance and overtime are recorded instead of estimated.

/03

Leave with approvals

Leave requests go through approval in the system, and a leave heatmap shows who is away and when.

/04

Payroll with WPS export

Salary components, monthly payroll runs and payslips, with each component marked for WPS, overtime and gratuity, and a WPS export for the bank.

/05

Gratuity liability

Gratuity tracked from the salary components you include, so end-of-service costs are visible long before they are due.

/06

Document expiry reminders

Passports, Emirates IDs, visas, labour cards, work permits and employment contracts are tracked, and HR is reminded before they expire.

/07

Expenses, loans and assets

Expense claims, loans and salary advances, and the company assets each employee holds, all recorded against the employee.

/08

Recruitment, onboarding and training

Candidates and interviews in a simple applicant tracking system, plus onboarding and training records for new and existing staff.

/09

Performance and KPIs

KPI templates and scorecards, performance reviews, a team view for managers, and company announcements in one feed.

03Real project

What we built for a holiday home operator

This is the HR system we built for the same holiday home company whose property management system is on our holiday home page. It runs inside the same platform, so the team and the properties are managed in one place.

It covers employees and departments, attendance and shifts, leave, salaries and payroll runs with WPS export, gratuity, expense claims, loans and advances, assets, onboarding, training, announcements, performance and KPI scorecards, recruitment, and reminders for expiring employee documents, with a self-service area for every employee.

We keep client names private, but we can walk you through how the system works on a call.

04Why

Why custom HR software

/01

Built for UAE rules

WPS payroll exports, gratuity, and reminders for visas, Emirates IDs and labour cards are part of the system, not add-ons.

/02

Your salary structure, not a template

Allowances, deductions and components set up the way your company pays, including what counts towards WPS, overtime and gratuity.

/03

Less routine work for HR

Employees check their own attendance, leave, payslips and documents, and submit claims themselves, so HR stops answering the same questions.

/04

It connects to the rest of the business

HR can sit inside the same system as your operations, the way it does for the holiday home operator we built it for.

05How we build it

How we work

  1. 01

    Map how you work today

A short discovery to understand your process, your team and the tools you use now. We look at what actually slows you down before we suggest anything.

  2. 02

    Agree the first version

We pick the modules that matter most and itemise them, so you know exactly what you are paying for and can add the rest later.

  3. 03

    Build in short cycles

You see working software every couple of weeks, not only at the end, so there are no surprises on launch day.

  4. 04

    Launch, move your data, support

We move your existing data across, train your team and stay on to support and improve the system after launch.

What is HR management software?

Software that keeps employee records, attendance, leave, payroll and HR documents in one system instead of spreadsheets. It is often called an HRMS or HRIS.

Does it support WPS payroll in the UAE?

Yes. The system runs monthly payroll from your salary components and produces a WPS export, and you choose which components are included in WPS.

Can it track gratuity?

Yes. It tracks gratuity liability from the salary components you mark as included, so you can see end-of-service costs building up. We set it up to match how your company calculates it.

Can it remind us before visas and Emirates IDs expire?

Yes. It tracks passports, Emirates IDs, visas, labour cards, work permits and employment contracts, and reminds HR before they expire.

Can employees use it themselves?

Yes. Each employee has a self-service area for attendance, leave requests, payslips, expense claims, loans, documents and training.

Does it include recruitment?

Yes. A simple applicant tracking system keeps candidates and interviews in one place.

Can it work with our existing systems?

Yes. We can build HR into your existing platform or connect it to the tools you already use. For a holiday home operator we built it inside their property management system.

How much does HR software cost?

It depends on the modules you need and the size of your team. We quote after a short discovery call, and you can start with the modules you need most and add the rest later.
